Helen is currently the Director of Corporate Actions and Georgeson Asset Reunification businesses. Helen has been with Computershare for over 30 years in progressively senior roles across the organization including Product Development, Operations, and Front Office. Prior to working at Computershare, Helen attended the University of Toronto and started her career in personal retail banking.
Since coming to Computershare, Helen has worked extensively with key clients and partners with a focus on strategic planning, business development and growth, and stakeholder engagement. This included being an integral part of various demutualization corporate events.
