David has a wealth of experience assisting startup companies from small cap to large cap across various industries. He has worked on over a hundred initial public offerings and has onboarded copious distinguished private companies. David is well-versed in both private and public company shareholder meetings and has participated (as Meeting and Mailing agent) in numerous high profile contentious and dissident meetings.
