Chancellor’s Mansion House Speech – Computershare's Reaction

The government published an interim report from its Digitisation Taskforce with seven principal recommendations that it believes will digitise shareholdings, improve issuer, intermediary and investor interactions, and better enfranchise beneficial shareholders.

Since April Computershare has won 4 successfully listed IPOs (CAB Payments, Fadel Partners Inc, Ashoka Whiteoak Emerging Markets Trust & Admiral Acquisitions Limited).

On CAB Payments IPO, Computershare was appointed as Governance Services Provider. We are proud to be supporting them with adjusting to their life as a listed company, both pre- and post-IPO.

Since 2021, Computershare has been repositioned as a Governance-led Registrar, and we are now providing Governance Services support on over 50% of Computershare IPOs.
