Alex joined Computershare in 2011 to head up our Communication Services division in the UK. In 2019 he took over the running of the US business and moved to Chicago. With over 25 years’ experience in the marketing and transactional communications industry, prior to Computershare Alex has held senior positions in some of the largest communications companies, including Communisis Plc and St Ives Plc.

With 20 years’ experience in the industry, Mark joined Computershare in 2019. Mark is responsible for our Issuer Services business in the UK, South Africa and Ireland, comprising share registration, governance services and a range of Issuer Services offerings. Prior to joining Computershare, Mark held senior positions at PwC and EY, as well as board director at Capita Asset Services.

Jay Foley

Jay is the Managing Director of Computershare’s Employee Share Plans business for the EMEA region and is based in our London office. Jay has been with Computershare since 2013, following the acquisition of the Morgan Stanley Employee Share Plans business where he was the Managing Director for EMEA. Prior to that Jay was leading the Citigroup Employee Share Plans business from London between 2004 - 2009. Jay has been in Europe since 2003, when he moved from New York to set up and lead the employee share plans business operations in Barcelona, Spain and London. Jay is an active member of the employee share plans industry, including a past role as GEO Board Member for eight years.

Cas Sydorowitz

Cas is responsible for Georgeson’s Northern European Proxy and Corporate Advisory business and has been with Georgeson for over 15 years.
Cas has an expert knowledge of proxy voting mechanics and key governance matters affecting issuers and shareholders globally. Having worked for several activists, and against many more, he has in-depth experience to support investors or issuers in complex, sensitive activist campaigns.
Cas remains an ongoing advisor to the UK Department of Business, Innovations and Skills as well as the UK Takeover Panel and the London Stock Exchange on various corporate actions and proxy-related matters.
