Delivering Complex Transactions
Since our last bulletin, Computershare has continued to win business and successfully structure and deliver complex corporate transactions for top UK Companies. Three recent examples:
ARM Holdings' IPO on NASDAQ through an ADR structure.
CRHmoving their primary share listing to the NYSE, whilst retaining their incorporation in Ireland and LSE listing.
AngloGold Ashantiredomiciling from South Africa to the UK, and delisting from the ASX – creating the structure to support their primary listing on the NYSE, replacing their previous ADR – and retaining secondary listings on the JSE and on the Ghana Stock Exchange.
We love working in our domestic market but it's great to also be the go-to partner for complex cross-border transactions, owing to our expertise and global teams who can partner with you on transactions.
Our Global Capital Markets team, led by Charlie Hodge, has over 20 years' experience in leading transactions in all major markets and is happy to help.
