Michael has worked in Computershare’s UK registry business for more than 20 years, directly managing or overseeing teams of staff responsible for the provision of high-quality services to issuers, from non-listed companies to FTSE100s with complex service requirements. He has an excellent understanding of Computershare’s business and capabilities and is experienced at working with customers to develop and implement long-term shareholder strategies utilising market and customer insight. Michael is a qualified Company Secretary and leads the efforts of the UK business to monitor and influence local market and EU legislative developments that may impact issuers, their shareholders or our services. He represents Computershare on a number of external bodies and industry working groups. He is the current chairman of the UK Chartered Governance Institute Registrars Group and a long-standing member of the Institute’s Company Secretaries Forum and International Working Group.

Maddie has a wealth of experience advising on and delivering practical corporate governance solutions. In her current role, she serves as the Global Managing Director of Entity Governance and Compliance, providing governance and company secretarial support to global companies. She also continues to lead UK Entity Governance and Compliance as Managing Director. Previous roles include Head of Governance for the Board of HSBC Holdings plc, Company Secretary for an AIM listed group and Senior Manager within EY's Entity Compliance and Governance team. Domenic began working for Georgeson in the UK in 2000, and has since played major roles in some of the largest M&A transactions and proxy fights in UK, Europe, Asia and Australasia. Domenic is a trusted advisor to the firm’s clients on all matters relating to stakeholder engagement. He currently has responsibility for all Georgeson across UK/Europe and parts of Asia. Domenic had also spent time in Australia running the local Georgeson business.
