Dividend reinvestment is easy too – you can run programmes to allow your shareholders to reinvest dividends to build their holding.

Who really owns your shares?

Some of your shareholders may have invested using a broker or custodian bank. This means the shareholders' names won't appear on your share register. It's important that you know who they are and the influence they can have over your other investors. We provide an Ownership Analysis service through Georgeson (a Computershare company) to help you with this.
