Supporting our communities

Giving back is a big part of our story and our workplace giving program Change A Life aims to empower people and communities facing economic and social challenges around the world. Since its launch we’ve raised AU$12 million and we continue to match all employee payroll donations. We currently invest donations into a global project in Nepal and a range of community-focused organisations local to our offices.

Sustainability

We aim to make greener choices. Our first sustainability committee was formed in 2006, and since then we’ve had employees around the globe join our efforts to help reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to a sustainable business. We’ve now set ourselves a target to work towards NetZero by 2042.
