Computershare Switzerland purchases Televoters from UBS

We are pleased to announce that Computershare Switzerland has successfully purchased the televoters along with the corresponding hardware from UBS. These radio frequency-based televoters, which are well-known and widely used in Switzerland, will continue to be utilized for our own events. Additionally, starting from the 2025 AGM season, we will introduce the new TePads, which are equipped with WiFi technology.

We have already introduced the new TePads to some customers and have successfully implemented them during last year's AGM season.

This strategic move allows Computershare to operate with greater independence and to fully leverage our market advantages. We are confident that this will enable us to provide our customers with even greater added value.
