Merger, demerger or dissolution

For many companies it is important to merge, demerge or dissolve entities before the 31^st of December. Therefore, we would like to draw your attention to the dates as set out below. This includes a view of the legal objection periods and the increased workload towards the end of the year at among others, the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Due to this increased workload towards the end of the year, a longer processing time for requests should be taken into account.

Merger or demerger

In the event that a merger or demerger must be effective before the 31^st of December, we recommend that you keep the folllowing deadlines. 

Dissolution

If a legal entity, in order to complete a dissolution process, has to deregister from the trade register of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce before the 31^st of December, we recommend to keep the following deadlines.
