There to ensure the accuracy and integrity of your vote

During the ballot portion of your meeting, Computershare provides an experienced meeting Scrutineer to objectively oversee the counting of the vote and ensure that the proxy voting rules are followed.​
Once the tabulation is complete, we provide you with the final results prior to the completion of your meeting.​

Final Reporting

​​The day of your meeting, we will produce a final tabulation of the meeting ballots for you on-site.​

As well, after the meeting we prepare a final summary package including summary reports, reports on attendance and the final proxy voting lists.
