On Oct. 18, 2014 we will introduce new features to our Employee Ownership System that will enhance mobility tracking for employee plans:

  • The ability for administrators to allocate different tax types on the participant and participant grant level to account for employees moving between different states and different countries (participants are also now able to see the tax allocation on their grants).
  • Administrators can now capture and run reports on several new demographic fields, including being able to assign a ‘FROM’ and ‘TO’ date for each field. Administrators can then run reports on these demographics and use them to allocate taxes properly.
