As a global organization, Computershare believes in continually improving our diversity across a number of dimensions. To help realize our goals in Canada, we are working to ensure we create an environment that recognizes and values the diversity in the communities in which we live and work.
We’re pleased to announce that we’ve partnered with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI), a national charity that provides innovative and proven strategies, research, tools, and educational support all employees in partner organizations across Canada.
Partnering with CCDI is one of many initiatives Computershare has undertaken globally to support and improve awareness of diversity across our organization, as well as offering our employees resources to help gain a broader understanding of what diversity and inclusion is and how it impacts our daily lives. By creating an environment that values and respects our employees for their talents, skills and abilities, we ensure that every employee at Computershare feels welcome in the workplace.
